business must serve the owner as
opposed to the owner being a slave of
the business. In reality, most
business owners are inseparable from
the identity of their business and
have a job, not a business (or a
life!).

for a business to change, the
individuals in it must to be willing
to change. This process begins with
each person clarifying his/her
personal needs, objectives, and
primary aim in life, then defining
what his/her business, department, or
position needs to look like and
accomplish to realize those
aspirations.

Essential
to the process of creating a
successful business that frees the
owner and brings more life to members
of the business is the development and
implementation of systems throughout
the business.

This
process results in building systems
for the business to function
predictably and consistently, despite
the person rather than because of
him/her. The business becomes
systems-dependent instead of people-
dependent.
An ongoing
coaching relationship with a life and
executive coach supports the
learning and implementation of this
process for building a successful
business and happy lives..
