What Is Coaching?
Think of your life or business
as a house and you want to make
some additions, changes,
repairs. Do you repair the
broken windows, replace the
roof, add a room, remodel the
kitchen? Too often in our lives
we wish we could repair our own
foundation but settle for
slapping on a coat of paint.
Coaching helps you find the weak
spots in that foundation and fix
them!
You will
learn to clarify your personal and/or
professional goals, learn helpful tools
for managing yourself, your business, or
your staff, and define what success and
happiness really mean to you. All
of this may sound simple, but it isn't so
easy to change old habits and views. That
is where I can help.

Who
I Coach?
Clients
come to coaching because they seek more of
what everyone wants - happiness,
time,
freedom, energy, and success. Many of my
clients appear "successful" by
any observer's standards, yet they may
want to become more effective
leaders and managers or take on
new challenges. Others may sense
something missing or desire something
more from their personal or professional lives. Some have a business
or career that has grown stagnant and
needs a change of direction.
My clients find
that coaching puts them on a path to
improve their own health and vitality, and
find more joy and creativity in their
lives.
How
I Coach?
Coaching takes place on the telephone 3 times a month for 30-40 minutes each call. In addition, clients are invited to call or email me between our scheduled calls for advice, problem-solving or because they can't wait to share a success with me. I enjoy providing this extra service and do not bill for additional time of this type. The context of a confidential coaching relationship provides the safe space for clients to uncover their deepest wishes, fears, and
challenges. Together we solve problems and
turns dreams into reality. How?
