What are you putting up with? Constant interruptions? Perfectionism? Negativity – yours or others? Make a list of everything you are tolerating and eliminate them one by one. How? Stop it. Fix it. Accept it. You’ll be amazed at how much energy you’ll have when you stop putting up with things that drain you. If you decide to accept something you’ve been tolerating, really accept it and let it go. Otherwise you’ll be covering up an energy drain rather than eliminating it.
